How do I know how many colours or positions my design has?

What's the best format for my artwork?
To ensure your design translates as best as possible to screen printing, please save your artwork file in a resolution of 300dpi or higher, sized as close as possible to your intended print dimensions, and in PNG, JPEG, PSD, or another CC format.

Can I see how my design will look?
After you've placed your order, we'll get in touch with a design proof so you can check over all the finer details of your design. You'll be able to make any changes to the sizing, colours or positioning, and you'll have full collaborative control until you sign off the proof as approved. Only once the proof has been approved will we begin printing your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard lead time is typically between 2-4 weeks depending on current availability as well as the size and complexity of your order. We do however offer a rush service for deadlines under two weeks, subject to an additional charge of 20% of the order value.
Delivery
What are my delivery options?
We'll ship your order to your chosen address for free on orders of £300 or more, or at a cost of £10 on orders under £300. We can also arrange for your order to be shipped to a collection point near you, or you're welcome to collect from TMG HQ free of charge.
How long does delivery take?
Our standard lead time is between 2-4 weeks, however we also offer a rush service for deadlines under two weeks, which we'll confirm with you when you place your order. Once completed, your order will be shipped via courier and will usually arrive with you the next working day.
Can you ship outside of the UK?
Please contact us before you place your order if you require delivery outside of the UK and we'll advise whether this is possible and how much the service will cost.
